Description and History – This 13th century church gets its name from the Melaghlin family who are descendents of the Kings of Meath. The church is relatively simple in structure and quite featureless apart from the large twin window in the E gable. This church is quite large and measures 7m x 14m. The doorway has been modified and the hood from the original doorway can still be seen. This is fairly well preserved and a nice church.
Difficulty – Behind the cathedral but easily spotted.
